Jeremy was the Project Director of the CGD-sponsored Commission on Weak States and U.S. National Security and the primary author of the Commission's final report, On the Brink: Weak States and U.S. National Security. Jeremy will remain affiliated as a Non-Resident Fellow of the Center. He has just completed work on his first book, Inside Rebellion: The Political Economy of Rebel Organization. |
